Holy Cow! What a great podcast Talk about inside baseball! Jeff is a great host and learning more about Mr. Chicago Joe Mantegna. Loved this show- and I love their accents. I’m a lifelong Cubs fan but I learned so fun. Cant wait for more!
A must listen for Cubs, Baseball and Movie fans Jeff has hit a home run with his inaugural podcast. Catchy Podcast title and started with a Class Act actor, Chicagoan and Cubs fan...Give this one a listen and you will be entertained for an hour!
Cracker Jack Surprise! Such a great listen, the interview with Joe Mantegna was wonderful, hearing Joe reminisce about his formative life in Chicago as an actor and Cub fan in the 60’s and 70’s was so endearing.
Just listened to the second episode. Another great interview. The highlight for me was hearing stories from Judy about her life in baseball. A big take on how it isn't just the athlete who's life revolves around their sport but the entire family who has to adjust too.
If you bleed Cub Blue… or not! Even if you were not a Cub fan during the 60’s, you should listen to these GREAT episodes.
Great memories + great new content Stumbled onto the Peanuts, Popcorn & Crackerjacks podcast and quickly listened to 3 episodes, and 2 more the next day.
What a throwback I was laughing and crying throughout this podcast. Totally enjoyed the stories and can't wait for what's to come.
As a devoted fan of Ron Santo & his family and a lover of baseball, “Peanuts, Popcorn, and CrackerJacks" is an absolute delight.
So, whether you're a die-hard fan of the Cubs or simply a lover of baseball's golden days, this podcast is an absolute must-listen. Prepare to be transported to a magical time, where peanuts, popcorn, and crackerjack were more than just ballpark snacks—they were the essence of an era.
this podcast is an absolute treasure for anyone who cherishes the rich history and timeless allure of baseball. The conversations he shares with his guests, as well as the heartfelt moments between siblings, make for a listening experience that is both endearing and entertaining.
I have thoroughly enjoyed all episodes… not only learning more about the Santo family as well as the whole organization of cubs & players & game of baseball. …plus entertainment part to it is also very exciting
Definitely glad I found the show; looking forward to the rest of the existing episodes and then new ones to follow.
